Auveen Dezgaran[she/her] is an Iranian-American actor who splits her time between her home of Los Angeles and her current residence of New York City. Standout Projects: A Distinct Society (Firehouse Theatre) English (’23 Pulitzer Prize Winner for Drama) (The Alliance Theatre), Sloane Commission Reading Series (Manhattan Theatre Club), The Civilians: An American Feast (Joe’s Pub), Stagedream (Playwrights Downtown: Mainstage), and Horse Girls (Playwrights Horizons Theatre School). Auveen’s passion lies in bringing to life a variety of original work created by female artists and Middle Eastern creatives like herself.
